Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless Foundation

**Disclaimer**
I received this item for free from Covergirl + Olay for an honest review. I am in no way obligated to sing their praises and I promise I'm giving my own opinion. I would not give a positive review to something that I truly thought was awful.

I used to be the type of person that only purchased foundation as I needed it, so I would have only one bottle by its lonesome until I was literally scraping the bottom of thebarrel. I was more focused on playing up my eyes with a variety of eyeshadow than evening out my skintone and achieving a porcelain smooth face. Now I know how important it is to take care of your skin and give as much attention to the rest of your face as your eyes and lips.

I really enjoy trying out new foundations. Matte? Dewy? Powder? Liquid? Bring it, I want it all! So when I got the opportunity to test CoverGirl + Olay Simply Ageless Foundation, I was thrilled!

The stats:
This foundation is a cream, and comes with a round sponge applicator in a separate compartment at the bottom. It's also SPF 22 and contains Olay Regenerist Serum.
Retails for $10.57 at Walmart (currently, this may change)

The claim:
They are saying it is clinically proven to provide significant improvement in skin condition in just four weeks. It is supposed to stay suspended over, and never settle into, fine lines and wrinkles. They also have a money-back guarantee.

The results:
I was excited to try this because I'm finally starting to get a few fine lines at the corner of my eyes and I wanted to see how well this will work with them. The claim that it suspends over and doesn't settle into them definitely intrigued me.
I was skeptical at first about the shade when I'd selected it before it was shipped to me. I chose the lightest one that they offered for this review which was Natural Ivory and is actually not the lightest shade that they have available in stores. Now, normally I'm an Ivory or even Porcelain girl, so I was a little nervous but it is actually perfect for me! I was pleasantly surprised.

It goes on smoothly and has full coverage but isn't cakey. The white swirls go on clear so they do not change the color of your foundation when applied. Of course I can still see some fine lines so it's not a miracle in a compact but it's pretty close in my opinion! As far as seeing skin improvement in four weeks? We'll just have to wait and see, but I definitely will be purchasing this in the future when I run out of this one.
